Main Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manages and oversees the daily operations and administration of the hotel, which include the hotel’s public bar, restaurant, bistro, bottle

POSITION SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

• Responsible for the management of total ITS budget of approx $100 million over 25 cost centers.
• Work with ITS leadership and the CIO to create annual operating budgets and monitor actual results in accordance with BMCHS Finance standards.
• Analyzes and investigates monthly non-salary and salary budget variances.
• Provide monthly consolidated financial status reports to ITS leadership
• Provide Directors with reports showing budgeted and actual account status.
• Manage ITS position control, including all vacancies, new FTE requests, and posted job requisitions.

• Oversee activities of and supervise department Budget and Administrative Specialist.

• Manages the development of technology risk processes and procedures, and actively contributes to the strategic planning process for IT Develop programs to assess and monitor control impacts as change initiatives progress.

• Leads development of a technology risk management framework that defines how people, process & technology provide a secure environment and support business objectives.
