WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least
two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

The Retail Finance Change team are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Senior Finance Change Analyst to join us.
As a Senior Finance Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives impacting Retail Finance. You will work collaboratively cross function to manage risk and implications related to Finance Systems, Data, MI and Reporting effectively.
Day to day, you will:

Support the Retail Finance Inbound Change process: Assess triage initiatives to help prioritize activities and plan effectively.

Operate flexibly: Deliver prioritised activities across Retail Finance in a timely manner.

Scope and Document Change Requirements: Undertake activity to scope, define and document specific change requirements.

Develop Relationships: Maintain effective working relationships with key collaborators across Retail Finance, and other business areas.

Support team activities: Contribute to development, learning and process improvement within the team.

Invest in Personal Growth: Respond to individual and team objectives, by enhancing personal performance and growing your skills and capabilities.
What you will need:

Finance Background: Previous experience in a Finance based role, with a solid understanding of Finance Systems is essential.

Retail Product Background: A well-rounded understanding of Retail products is essential.

Self-motivation: Ability to work collaboratively & independently as part of a wider team, as well as cross function.
