ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the sales ledger team, your primary role will be ensuring the smooth, end to end running of sales ledger and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Raising invoices and maintaining service users records
o Collection of due/overdue accounts receivable
o Reconciliation of sales ledger control accounts
o Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required for information relating to admissions and discharges


KEY SKILLS

o Previous sales ledger experience
o Experience if sage 50 accounts
o Intermediate level of understanding of Microsoft excel
o Able to manage several cases simultaneously, prioritising accordingly
o Demonstrable excellent interpersonal and communication skills
