In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek for a senior Functional tester to join our Core Banking IT department in charge of the development and maintenance of the International Core Banking System of Credit Agricole CIB. This information system is deployed in 25 business units all around the world. Job Description

The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is a leading public policy school in Asia, part of the National University of Singapore. Its mission is to improve governance in Asia, and improve lives for a sustainable world. Its faculty consists of accomplished scholars, educators, and experienced policy practitioners. The school offers several Master's degree programmes, a small PhD programme, as well as executive education programmes for policymakers in Asia and beyond.

The School and the University place strong emphasis on teaching and learning. To serve the educational mission of the School and the University, the Educator Track has been designed to bring together and support the career pathway of outstanding educators. Faculty on the Educator Track will be expected to teach as well contribute to the broader educational mission of the School. At more senior levels, they are expected to lead on pedagogical innovations and in teaching and learning matters. A research background in a primary disciplinary domain is valued. Scholarly research on pedagogy and teaching is a bonus, but not mandated. Although the NUS Educator Track is not a tenurable line, it has a route towards an Associate Professorship on an open contract, along with the possibility of funding for overseas conference travel.

The LKY School invites applications for the following full-time positions on the Educator Track:

• Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Public Finance & Budgeting (disciplinary field – Economics or Public Administration)
• Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Data Analytics or Advanced Methods/Tools, with an ability to teach R and Python preferred (disciplinary field – Public Administration, Public Management, or Public Policy)

Applicants for Senior Lecturer positions must possess a PhD degree as well as at least five years teaching experience and demonstrated impact in higher education settings. Candidates for Lecturer positions should have a PhD degree, and prior teaching experience in higher education settings would be advantageous.

The appointments of Senior Lecturer and Lecturer will be for an initial period of 3-5 years and 2-3 years, respectively, ideally beginning January 2025, with the possibility of contract renewal based on performance and the school’s teaching requirements.

What You'll Do:

· Architect a Powerful Ecosystem: Develop a platform that fosters collaboration between investors, lenders, and clients, streamlining deal flow across syndicated markets.

The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication with the rest of the program. The candidate will need to develop a good understanding of both IT systems and business processes and drive delivery of systems that are at forefront of transformation.

Main responsibilities

· Act as a primary point of contact between multiple development teams and senior stakeholders

· Track and communicate project progress, risks, issues regularly and facilitate project and program committees

· Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and ensure that team adheres to agile principles and values

· Work closely with product owners to manage and prioritize product backlog and ensure that teams understands goals and ensure cross-team collaboration when needed.

· Ensure the quality of team deliverables by fostering continuous improvement mindset

· Mentor and coach team members fostering professional growth and development

· Ensure that teams are well balanced in terms of skills and experience by managing recruitments, performance reviews and career development plans.

· Identify and mitigate risks that impact project delivery and develop contingency plans.

· Implement changes to enhance productivity across organization

· Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of the IT transformation program.

Qualifications and Profile

This position requires around 15+ years of experience in delivery management of large scale projects focused on digital transformations.

Technical

· Full understanding of project management standards and terminologies. Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable but not mandatory.

· Very good understanding of project management tooling like WBS, MS project, JIRA etc.

· Very good understanding of system design, development methodologies, testing frameworks, deployment and maintenance activities

· Working experience with Agile Methodology in at least on project

· Good knowledge and experience in implementing best practices for software engineering.

· Basic knowledge of architecture frameworks

Functional

· General knowledge of corporate and investment banking especially financing domain.

· Good understanding of SDLC
