In line with the NHS Long Term Plan, Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is providing clinical pharmacy services to PCNs in the local area. This is a unique opportunity for pharmacists to experience work in the rapidly expanding area of primary care, whilst retaining the support, benefits and familiarity of employment in an NHS organisation.

The Senior Pharmacist will provide expert input to the GP surgeries in a PCN, the patients they cover and locality services to achieve improvement in the quality and cost effectiveness of prescribing and achieve local and national health initiatives.

Our Client is a Global Bank who is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commodities Specialist in Trade Finance to join their Operations Services department. This role is crucial in providing processing support for trade finance, and cash management products, with a strong focus on commodities. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in trade finance, particularly within the commodities sector, and will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of the Bank's products and services.

Your new role
Commodities Specialist, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient handling of the Bank's trade finance products and services. This includes providing post-sanction conformance on all Trade Finance facilities, ongoing transactional and collateral management, and supporting the development of the Bank's Commodity business;

• Process Management: Prepare, manage, and review processes and procedures to ensure efficient Middle Office operations.
• Customer Support: Assist and respond to customers' daily transaction enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Transaction Handling: Ensure all client requests are prepared and processed in accordance with relevant risk approvals and passed to the processing areas promptly.
• Strategic Development: Contribute to the strategic growth of the Bank's commodity trade finance portfolio.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with the Bank's Compliance and Sanction policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Deliver accurate Management Information (MI) and detailed reports on client exposure to products and commodities.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record in the financial services industry with hands-on experience in trade finance, specifically within the commodities sector.
- Strong understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and familiarity with syndication loan and bilateral products.
- Ability to draft policies and procedures, strong planning and organisational skills, people management, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and excellent communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach and the ability to represent the Bank professionally at events and conferences.

What You Will Do:

• Work with clients and technical resources to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
• Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications
• Make recommendations to improve and support business activities
• Gather business requirements through a variety of techniques such as work sessions and interviews then analyze and document client complex business requirements and processes; communicate these requirements to appropriate parties
• Create complex test case scenarios to be used in testing; monitor/oversee the testing of business applications to verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the system design
• Develop business requirements documents/user stories to support the required modifications
• May plan, allocate and monitor work of other business analysts
• Understand simple to complex systems and related data to surface actionable insights, demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Assist in providing time estimates for project related tasks
• Aid in updating process and procedural documentation
• Develop basic understanding of technical development cycle of mobile application or web portals
• Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
• Any other task that may be assigned

What We Need:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
• A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field
• Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required (Insurtech or health insurance experience is preferred)
• Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage
• Knowledge of business analysis concepts of defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and Agile approach to prioritizing work to epics, sprints
• Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering and user acceptance testing
• Good organizational/time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines within defined timeframes
• Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is a must
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation, and document system functionality, data integration, and workflow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Technical writing skills and knowledge of other languages (Chinese) is a plus
• Currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
