Key duties: Work closely with the Central Finance Operations Team in relation to Purchase Ledger/Purchase Order activities. Work with onsite staff, providing help and guidance as necessary, to ensure that all Purchase Orders are raised prior to ordering or works being commissioned and ensure that those making requisitions are receipting goods and services appropriately. Assist Central Finance Operations team with any PO related Monitoring and checking petty cash reconciliations received and issuing petty cash. Liaising with managers on queries and best practice. Submission of monthly reconciliation report to Central Finance. Day to day administration of debit and credit cards, including correct coding and submission of monthly reconciliation report to Central Finance. Liaising with the Hotel team to ensure that income is received Responsibility for banking and recording income including card purchases During colleague absence, assist Business Manager and Senior Administrator with the monthly Payroll process as required. A startup hedgefund seeking an administrative individual who has the following areas of interest to grow with the company in expansion and through transition to our permanent premises:

Job Responsibilities/Duties

• Handle incoming calls, mails, couriers, deliveries
• Receive guests and settling their meetings in a professional manner
• Manage office inventory and supplies as/when required
• Assist in any daily office facilities and maintenance services
• Upkeep of office floor and corners eg. pantry, copier printing corner, conference rooms, common areas etc
• Ensure the overall office façade and front of house runs smoothly
• Basic calendaring management and scheduling of meetings
• Point to point booking of business travels and trips with simple logistics
• Processing of receipts, invoices, travel expenses and maintaining filing for records
• Assist in any other adhoc office events and requests

Qualifications Diploma / Degree

Years of experience Min. 3 years in office and administration

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Reporting to the Trust Finance Manager, the Trust Finance Assistant will support the central finance function on behalf of the Academies within the Trust and the Trust budget holders. As the first point of contact for central teams, you will handle finance-related matters or direct enquiries to the appropriate colleagues. You will also be the primary contact for suppliers and customers, addressing queries and providing assistance where possible.

Daily tasks will be varied and may include the end to end purchasing process, supporting the wider finance team with monthly reconciliations, monitoring of expenditure to support the Finance Business Partner with monthly accounting and general finance administration.
