Job Description

• Responsible to grow the Mortgage business, cross-sell retail banking products, and refer potential Premier customers to Premier Relationship Banker or Managers.
• Consistently meet individual performance expectation and strive to achieve highest sales performance.
• To lead to the Personal Banking proposition to ensure opportunities are identified and customers needs are met effectively, maximizing all available resources.
• To ensure the growth of customer portfolio by generating mortgage business and referring Premier and Wealth needs yo the branch.
• The job holder will work closely with the branch Primary Banker, Premier Relationship Banker and Managers to ensure continuous inward referrals for mortgage needs.
• To ensure high standard of sales and service levels are met by providing excellent customer engagement and experience journey as per the bank's standard.
• To ensure all the customers information are acquired, updated, stored and maintained accurately.
• To ensure the requirements of the Sales Quality Standards are met by minimizing errors and breach.
• To ensure all operational procedures are maintained within stipulated guidelines/regulations, audit requirements, compliance and other procedure manuals pertaining to the job.

Requirements

• For experienced candidate; at least 1 year at current role, must have experience in sales, good communication.
• For fresh graduate; Good communication
• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree
• MUST be able to work on weekends when required.
• Ability to analyze financial priorities and recommend customer to take appropriate action to meet their needs.
• Understanding of Mortgage will be advantage
• Sales management skills, Strong interpersonal skills, and communication skills.

Job Summary :

Monitoring and following up with all necessary actions to ensure accurate and timely Reporting of Accounts Receivables KPI for all branches. This shall include unified activities towards meeting the individual and group TARGETS for achieving of set KPIs.

Job Descriptions :

• Organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling of total company accounts receivables management and credit control activities.
• Overseeing and supervising credit control team’s performance in meeting AR Target KPIs.
• Overseeing and supervising accurate preparation, processing, checking and sending of Reminder Letters for overdue accounts including preparation of Schedules and Summary reports.
• Overseeing and supervising branch support services and credit control activities nationwide.
• Overseeing and Supervising Help Desk and customer relationship support functions.
• Handling internal/external Customer enquiries and complaints.
• Timely submission of payment allocation to AR team.
• Overseeing, supervising and coordinating credit control process changes and document control for ISO QMS compliance.
• Perform other relevant functions in credit control as and when necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Intern specializing in Finance / Banking / Insurance or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
