We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible, hardworking and caring Imaging Assistants to join our friendly and well supported Ultrasound team at Newham University hospital which are part of Barts Health NHS Trust.
As a member of our busy and dynamic department your central role would be to provide the highest quality care for patients referred to our service.
You would do this by assisting the Sonographers and Radiologists with the provision ofa wide range of ultrasound examinations, including:General Abdominal, Gynaecological, Head and Neck, Musculoskeletal and Neonatal Hip ultrasound examinations. You will also assist with medical procedures such as biopsies and musculoskeletal steroid injections.
This is a full time Imaging Assistant post (37.5 hours per week) howeverpart time hours will also be considered.

In addition you would provide clerical and reception support.
