The Finance Systems Manager will work alongside key colleagues within Dimensions Technology and Finance teams to maintain Dimensions newly implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system. Enabling a high-quality user experience through continuous improvement, automation, and process simplification initiatives.
They will hold responsibility for maintaining the chart of accounts, meta data, correct hierarchies and system controls within the system. Ensuring adequate segregation of duties between Finance and IT and minimising process breach within the systems.
1st stage interviews will take place on the 9th December over Microsoft teams. If you are successful after the 1st stage interview then 2nd stage interviews will take place on the 18th December over Microsoft teams.
About the role
Your main duties will include:
- Maintain Oracle Chart of Accounts in order to deliver and maintain a solution that best accommodates the needs of the business.
- Supporting the Business through their key financial processes ensuring that the system is effectively supporting their needs.
- Monitor and maintain the Oracle systems, ensuring that processes and system controls are operating effectively, and that data is transferring between Oracle and related accounting system correctly
- Problem and incident management of issues arising on the Oracle platform and related month end activities
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience of working with an ERP system within a large or complex business.
- Knowledge of Chart of Account structure, cost centres, account coding and how Oracle Fusion support accounting function
- Possess Oracle Functional Finance knowledge and skills necessary to successfully administer the system
- Experience of supporting and administering Oracle Fusion Cloud environments
