Your Impact
You will sit within Asahis Regional Hub and drive awareness and delivery of agreed continuous improvement activities to support a seamless delivery of Finance Services operational activities, working closely with key stakeholders, on-shore and off-shore team members to achieve target outcomes.
You will support process standardisation initiatives across business entities and support the transformation and transition of finance processes into Business Services.
Key responsibilities:
Delivery of identified process improvements initiatives to standardise and optimise the Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Journal Entry and Approvals Framework
Analyse data and prepare required reports to identify process and compliance gaps, and deliver action plan for the identified process improvement initiatives
Develop and improve templates and reports, and communicate findings using dashboards and tools
Responsible for ensuring Balance Sheet Reconciliations timelines are adhered to
Lead and support delivery of continuous improvement and transformation
