Job Responsibilities
• Lead effective implementation of Remittance projects in the Operations unit (Requirements gathering, User Acceptance Test, End User Training, and updating of Procedure Manuals)
• Handle requirement analysis, functional specification review and sign off
• Effectively engage with business and technology stakeholders at all levels
• Control UAT plans, scenarios and test cases and execution of UAT
• Lead defect management, scope creep and risk identification
• Prepare target operating models and provide end user training
• Handle management reports and dashboards
• Initiate and execute process improvements targeting productivity, standardization, and risk controls
• Contribute towards planning activities of the department
• Identify key control points while designing effective operation processes
Job Requirements
• Graduate, preferably in Banking & Finance
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Remittance or Settlement Operations or related functions
• Experience in project management an added advantage
• Ability to manage assigned projects with strong risk and key control point awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who can work effectively and provide leadership to a team
• Good interpersonal skills, decisive in communications
• Resilient and flexible in challenging circumstance
