Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide advice and implementation strategies for our clients in corporate finance matters, including fundraising projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital restructuring, and takeovers.
• Lead the execution of deals including fund raising, fundraising projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital restructuring, and takeovers.
• Train and guide the associates.
• Responsible for sourcing and originating high-quality transactions.
Requirements
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Qualified Accountant, preferably with a Big 4 audit background.
• Minimum of 10 years of corporate finance experience, including advisory experience on at least 3 IPO projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the listing rules, Securities and Futures Act (SFA), regulations, and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, along with risk management control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
