Responsibilities
- Set up, document and maintain proper accounting system, process and reconciliation to administration system for computation, payment and accounting of agency compensation and benefits
- Set up, document and maintain proper accounting and internal controls for all collections and payments
- Preparation and review of monthly reconciliation of balance sheet schedules and ensure that outstanding items are investigated and resolved
- Review payment, invoice, journal and consolidated income statement for agents
- Responsible for monthly commission and expenses closing
- Provide guidance and support to junior staffs
- Handle commission related enquiries
- Liaise with head/regional office on monthly inter-company billing
- Liaise with others department on event costing
- In-charge of Anaplan submission
- In-charge of office management related expenses
- In-charge of monitoring office renovation costs
- Carry out any project or assignment as directed by management

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of accounting and auditing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position, preferably relevant experience in an insurance intermediary
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and excellent analytical skills
- Self-starter and team player with a high level of initiative, strong work ethic and the ability to gather, synthesize, organize and report information
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a demanding and deadline-oriented environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
