HRGO is currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join our client's dynamic and rapidly growing organisation based in Bridgwater. In this role, you will be reporting to the Management Accountant. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the finance function, contributing to the company's ongoing growth and development.
About the Role:
In this role as a Commercial Finance Analyst, you'll influence the future of finance in a time of significant growth and advancement for our client's organisation. Finance is pivotal to their operations, ensuring robust financial management across all sectors. You will be expected to work closely with various departments to improve services, uphold financial integrity and continually enhance value.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting product costings and auditing bill of materials
Generating and distributing sales reports and analysing sales and forecasts
Contributing to projects to enhance commercial accuracy
Maintaining Project Pipeline Tracker and analysing project purchases
Managing journal postings and preparing data for deadlines
Providing statistical reporting and analysing business systems
Demonstrating proficiency in process management and problem-solving
Exhibiting strong numerical skills and financial awareness
Building effective relationships internally and externally
Focused on delivering optimal results with a positive attitude
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Part-qualified in ACCA, ICAEW, or CIMA
Familiarity with standard costing in manufacturing ideally but other sectors will be considered
Strong statistical and analytical skills and experience in quantitative data analysis
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Excellent organisational and planning abilities
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
Benefits:
Salary £35K - £40K depending on experience and qualifications
Monday to Friday 8:45 - 17:15 with 1hr unpaid lunch break
22 days annual leave, increasing with employment (up to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
