ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with or conduct the daily operations and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and general maintenance requirements for the buildings
• Supervise maintenance staff when applicable and assign, and monitor maintenance activities and projects
• Perform preventive maintenance duties, including changing filters, lubricating motors, replacing lamps, ballasts and fixtures, Inspecting and adjusting belts, replacing motor bearings, aligning shafts, and other inspections and maintenance recommended by equipment manufacturers
• Recommend improvements to the preventive maintenance program on an ongoing basis
• Develop and maintain effective building-specific maintenance procedures
• Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors and technicians
• Maintain stock and inventory control
• Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) and customer concerns
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habits
• Ensure management team is informed of current building operations by compiling and submitting monthly reports
• Complete all required C&W Safety Training as scheduled annually.
• Comply with C&W Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at times other than working hours

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Corporate Controllers team has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Accounting Manager located in Midland, Michigan.  This position is a member of the Corporate Reporting group providing financial reporting and analysis to senior management. The Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate, transparent and comparable financial information is delivered in a timely manner to internal customers as well as provide analysis of financial results to support regulatory filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The incumbent will be required to respond quickly to requests from senior management. The individual in this role will serve as the Corporate Reporting subject matter expert for PVC (Price/Volume/Currency), Sales, Management Cash Flow, and depreciation and amortization (D&A) and is expected to own all related processes, reporting, and analysis and be able to articulate results and drivers to internal customers and senior leadership.

Critical areas of responsibility include:

• Preparation of PVC reporting and related sales analysis, as well as other ad hoc sales reporting and analysis.
• Preparation of Management Cash Flow.
• Depreciation and amortization reporting and analysis.
• Preparation and review of various other monthly and quarterly Corporate Reporting deliverables.

Provides I/E specific support for project commissioning and start-up for Poly 7 in Freeport, TX. Maintains and repairs all types of equipment within craft knowledge and expertise. Requires broadened technical skills in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities. • Develop ideas and lead/co-lead complex projects across operating unit.

• Drive alignment across stakeholders on technical strategies and priorities identified in Technology Lifecycle Plan. 

• Lead launch teams and operations sub- teams to develop strategy and tactical supply plans for the commercialization of new Pfizer products while assuring a global focus. 

Qualifications 

Must-Have

Dow has multiple job openings for Distribution Operators at the Freeport, Texas location. 

The Freeport site has 3,500 + employees and is a 24-hour/7-day operation including holidays. Dow is looking for technically capable Distribution Operators who embrace change, adapt quickly and possess self-confidence with leadership skills.

You will work in a unionized environment. And you are a key component to the success of Texas Operations. Site logistics is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of the many products to our customers.  

Dow actively searches for responsible individuals to perform the duties listed below:

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product to and from rail cars, totes, tank trucks, ships, drums and other modes of transportation.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve technical issues within the plant.
• Monitor tank levels and flow rates to ensure smooth transition of products.
• Fill out and process necessary paper work pertinent to the job.
• Operate pumps, valves, and other mechanical equipment.
• Train new distribution operators and educate team members.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work a rotating shift.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have a current, valid, United States driver license to drive 4 wheel carts and company vehicles throughout the site.

About You and This Role

 Dow has an opening for a Maintenance Planner at the Freeport, Texas location supporting Poly 7.

You will create job packages from the work order scope which contains all of the information regarding required labor material and services to ensure safe, effective and efficient execution of the work. You will be required to broadened technical skills in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities. You may act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Commissioning and Start-Up Activities for Poly 7.
• Uses feedback from the person doing the work to optimize the work plans.
• Reviews work orders for technical completeness and returns work orders to gatekeeper, if not complete.
• Carries out field checks, when needed.
• Prepares job package and inputs plan into SAP indicating the required resources, materials, and services.
• Identifies task activities necessary to execute job plan and identifies materials/tools/equipment required to perform tasks.
• Identifies/solicits safety information and requirements necessary to safely perform tasks.
• Supports Maintenance Procedure Use Policy by ensuring all job packages include a procedure or the task is on the Procedure Exemption list before the job package is released. Checks that all Maintenance Procedures include a hazard assessment.
• Serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review, as needed. Creates, develops, changes, updates job procedures and checklists, and initiates procedure Management of Change (MOC), as required.

​The North America Product Regulatory Services (PRS) team, as a part of the Global Product Safety organization, provides regulatory leadership to clients (Dow businesses), JV partners and external customers by promoting and protecting their licenses to sell franchise products by managing compliance opportunities and risks. Dow's North America Product Regulatory Services (NA PRS) has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for a Regulatory Manager with focus on US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).  The primary location listed is Midland, MI; however, this role can be located at other Dow locations in the United States. Responsibilities/Duties:

General FDA Services

• Provide value-added interpretation and consulting services to the businesses and assist clients in completing regulatory submittals and reporting requirements
• Provide regulatory change management and trends analysis to advise the businesses in the interpretation of new and existing regulations. Assists businesses/functions with determining required level of GMP for products based on intended end use application
• Conduct compliance assessments and safety assessments for new or changed products, production aids, and/or additives
• Liaison with external consultants for third party opinions/consultations
• Prepare submissions to US FDA for food additives (food contact notifications or food additive master files)

Pharmaceutical Services

• Regulatory Strategy Development of Drug Commercialization
• Regulatory Analysis, Submissions & Reporting for Drugs
• Drug Establishment Site Registration/ API Site Self registration
• Consult with businesses on their customer's investigational New Drug Applications (INDA), New Drug Applications (NDA) and Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDA) and information that Dow needs to supply in support of them
• Drug Master File (DMF) Preparation & Submission, as well as DMF Letters of Authorization and Annual Report Submission and registration for Type II (API) DMFs
• United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and National Formulary (NF) Compliance Assessment and Amendment Review

Advocacy Services

• Engage FDA officials on products of interest and advocate for improvements to rules, requirements, management systems, data requests, etc.
• Participate in FDA-related trade association committees, activities, etc.

Basic Purpose
The Associate of Sales Engineering will be the primary technical and product resource and is a key player in the success of the sales team. This person will be responsible for understanding the prospects’ current payment processing environments and any issues or challenges they are facing to develop a solution based on EVO’s products and technologies. This person will also be responsible for understanding current technology in use by B2B clients, such as ERP and accounting systems, while maintaining an in-depth understanding of key payment

Minimum Qualifications

What You’ll Do

You'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.

• Prepare design and construction documents for new structures and for structural upgrades to existing facilities as a part of an integrated multi-disciplinary A/E team
• Assist the owner or project manager in defining the facility requirements/program for projects in the advanced technologies industry
• Oversee the work of structural engineers and designers
• Analyze and design concrete, steel, masonry, and timber structures with an emphasis on seismic design
• Work with the project team to produce structural calculations, calculation checks, drawings, specifications, reports, and other project deliverables
• Analyze existing structures and provide recommendations for strengthening new loads where required

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of five years of experience as a structural engineer
• Experience in the analysis and design of structures with an emphasis on seismic design
• Hands on experience with structural engineering software such as ETABS, RISA, RAM, STAAD, SAP, Mathcad, and ENERCALC
• Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT (preferred)
• Detailed knowledge of building codes and seismic requirements
• Experience in private sector industrial repair/remediation and greenfield projects (preferred)
• The ability to climb stairs, ladders, and equipment/structures of varying heights
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication including generating reports and conducting group presentations

As a systems security and network security engineer, you can identify the tools needed to assess vulnerabilities and recommend the best solution and security strategy. We need your experience to lead the development and implementation of security solutions that will protect our nations national security.

On our team, you’ll troubleshoot and analyze complex challenges for customers using your knowledge of network and security devices. You’ll use your curiosity for technology and market trends to further research and develop security solutions. Using your knowledge and experience in Zscaler, you’ll assess security threats and implement infrastructure controls.  

In this role, you’ll closely impact our Nation's National Security Infrastructure. With mentoring, challenging hands-on problem-solving, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Work On: 

• Develop relationships quickly and easily with other teams, communicating the complexities of security with a wide variety of audiences, including senior management. 
• Implement infrastructure and cybersecurity controls, including enhanced detection and vulnerability capabilities, and improved event correlation in large enterprises.  
• Perform risk and vulnerability assessments in network, system, and application areas, and leverage big data analytics and traditional security event types to identify advanced threats or indicators of compromise.

You Have:   

• 5+ years of experience with network engineering or network security engineering
• 1+ years of experience with Zscaler, including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX
• Experience leading the design and deployment of enterprise networks and security solution architectures using Zscaler
• Experience with integration of security tools to provide data enrichment or expand capabilities
• Knowledge of cryptography protocols and standards, including TLS, mTLS, hashing algorithms, and Public Key Infrastructure
• Knowledge of federal compliance standards, including NIST 800-53, FIPS, DoD STIG, and FedRAMP
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:   

• Experience with Office 365 applications and Teams collaboration, and in interacting with tools through RDP, web-based UI, SSH, and CLI
• Experience with Enterprise security products, including McAfee, Tenable, and CrowdStrike
• Knowledge of authentication and identity concepts
• Knowledge of Linux or UNIX environments, including navigating and troubleshooting basic OS issues
• Knowledge of networking protocols, including BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, and L2 protocols
• Knowledge of core Zero Trust concepts and methodologies
• Ability to comprehend how various systems interact with each other
• Public Trust
• CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or JNCP Certification
• Zscaler Certification
