In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
Undertaking and performing network, systems and cloud project implementation and deployment duties.
Leading and coordinating technical staff based on customer requirements.
Designing and deploying solutions for Cloud Migrations, Virtualisation, Networking, Servers, Storage and Backups.
Providing level 2 & 3 IT support to a broad range of clients.
Assisting with escalated complex technical support requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in providing level 2 & 3 support.
Proven experience with Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, VMware / Hyper-V, Azure, Network Infrastructure configuration and Automation / Scripting (PowerShell preferred).
Excellent documentation skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of a business.
Prior experience with ConnectWise Manage / Automate, Datto backups, Confluence, HP switches, and Sophos firewalls is highly advantageous.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Sophos and VMware certifications are beneficial.
Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is advantageous.
Current driver's license and access to a car.
