As a CACI-Wexford Counter-Proliferation Analyst (Chemical SME), you will serve as a chemical subject-matter expert and technical authority with a focus on current/near-term events, plans, developments, and trends pertaining to the proliferation of WMD and chemical events; issues impacting chemical security; force protection; and force operability and survivability against a broad spectrum of nuclear, biological, chemical, and other WMD events. As a Chemical Subject Matter Expert, conducts applied research on specific intelligence issues pertaining to the WMD threats to US and allied nations; provides written input to reports and briefings; assists with answering requests for information (RFI); assists in research and analytical entries related to WMD; all for dissemination to Agency leadership and its personnel, Combatant Commands, and the Intelligence Community (IC). As a Counter-Proliferation Analysts with specialized experience in chemical warfare and defense you will analyze and produce intelligence products for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) focused on chemical WMDs, and counter-proliferation threats using advanced all source analytic capabilities.  You will apply expertise in chemical WMD, Counter-proliferation, and network analysis (Counter Threat Network), social network analysis, and command and control systems.  You will serve as an all-source counter-proliferation intelligence analyst with specialized experience in chemical warfare and defense whose primary responsibility will be informing DTRA activities through structured research using multiple sources and analytic tool suites.  You will deliver products that increase the client's situational understanding and comprehension of chemical WMD and improvised-threats, and associated counter-proliferation networks.  You will assist in evaluating paths to chemical WMDs, including state WMD programs and potential proliferation, and support real-world missions in a dynamic client environment.

The National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos is seeking a Civil Engineer to provide support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) located in Fort Worth, TX. POSITION SUMMARY:
This opportunity will support new business pursuits and contract growth to the DES program and Fourth estate agencies by providing innovative engineering solutions to complex technical challenges.  You will help customers solve their more demanding challenges via technology, modernization, and transformation processes, utilizing proven methods and solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Serve as the team engineering lead on the program for Operations systems tools integration and architectures.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The Defense Enclave Services contract will unify the DOD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities’ common use information technology systems, personnel, functions and program elements under the direction of DISA’s Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office.  
The Sr Intune Engineer, will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Intune solutions, for migration from MECM and AD joined devices to Azure AD joined and Intune Managed. They will develop Intune policies utilizing existing Active Directory group policies; work closely with cross-functional teams, to architect and deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions and participate in the development of user stories, sprint planning, and test case development / execution within an agile project environment.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: 
•Must have an active DoD Secret clearance. (US Citizenship required)
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions that meet end user requirements. Create and manage Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurations. Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
•Windows 10 and 11 Provisioning: Design and deploy Windows 10 and 11 provisioning processes using Intune Autopilot. Configure and manage Windows Update for Business policies. Develop and maintain standardized Windows 10 and 11 deployment images. 
•Active Directory Group Policy Management: Design and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) in Active Directory to enforce security and configuration policies. Collaborate with the Active Directory team to ensure alignment with broader infrastructure goals. 
•Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and compliance policies within Intune. Monitor and respond to security incidents related to mobile devices and endpoints. 
•Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation of Intune configurations, Windows provisioning processes, and Group Policy settings.

We are in search of a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at the customer site at Fort Meade, MD.

Our Opportunity:
The Defense Enclave Services contract will unify the DOD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities’ common use information technology systems, personnel, functions and program elements under the direction of DISA’s Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office.  The selected candidate will be providing security engineering to various project teams and interface across the program as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, cybersecurity solutions (including network, operating system (OS) and/or application level support for systems and/or tools), environment discovery, cybersecurity documentation, cybersecurity service delivery, migration, and/or operations planning, helping to create and deliver presentations at both internal and client engagement meetings, and providing technical expertise to project teams with regard to cybersecurity solutions, support systems, guidance, policy, and implementations. The successful candidate for this position is a highly motivated individual, with a strong IT security background who excels integrating, operating, and deploying security technology and solutions and interacts well with both internal teams and clients.

Clearance Requirement:
•Must hold an active Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required)

Key Responsibilities:
•Discover and document cybersecurity solutions and related tools implementations in client environments to aid in service delivery and/or migration planning and architectures for clients.
•Evaluate applicable information assurance/security standards and procedures in client environments.
•Support Authorizing Official (AO) actions by collecting, reviewing, and evaluating information that includes supporting documents and artifacts in accordance with RMF as defined in NIST 800-37 revision 2 and related agency specific RMF requirements.
•Discover and document deployed cybersecurity solutions, processes, and procedures related to operation and maintenance of those solutions.
•Review and assess integration and implementation of Asset Management, Identity, Access Control Systems/Solutions, Compliance Monitoring and Remediation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and/or single sign-on (SSO) solutions in addition to other cybersecurity and/or cyber operations tools and solutions IAW DoDI 8520.02, DoDI 8520.03, and other applicable policies and regulations.
•Review and assess security architectures and designs and related engineering documentation.
•Perform gap analysis and use other analytic techniques to support recommendations regarding operations, maintenance, service delivery capability, and/or the migration feasibility of existing security architectures, designs, solutions and systems.

Must have's:
•Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience; additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
•Must have DoD 8570 IAT III certification (CASP+).
•8+ years hands-on experience designing or implementing security solutions, including all related documentation and artifacts.
•Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
•Extensive experience in design and deployment of enterprise security tools and supporting architectures. Experience must include a wide range of work in creating diagrams and documentation covering all components that comprise IT systems, including, but not limited to, network topology and related systems architecture.
•Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in secure enterprise architecture engineering and related operational support, with specializations in various combinations of tools and technologies within the following subset: Firewall/VPN, ACAS, HBSS, C2C, IAM, NDR, EDR, SIEM/SOAR, AI/ML, or other cybersecurity tools and resultant applications. Expertise with other cybersecurity solutions and tools will be also be considered, as appropriate.
•Experience selecting effective methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes.
•Experience developing solution designs, implementation plans, deployment plans, migration plans, and DR/COOP plans.
•Comprehension of federal cybersecurity guidance such as FISMA NIST SP 800-37 - Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems: A Security Life Cycle Approach and NIST 800-137 - Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations.
•Experience reviewing and/or developing detailed technical documentation, architectures, engineering diagrams, technical implementation plans, migration plans, cybersecurity vulnerability mitigation plans, roadmaps, and technical standards for the federal IT enterprise environment.

The Leidos Intelligence Group has a career opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer in the Ft. Meade, MD area.

Program Summary
Leidos is a subcontractor on a large, multi-year contract that provides hardware and software sustainment of large IT systems. Contractors perform dataflow changes, lifecycle management including modernization of aging hardware and software, as well as system monitoring.

Job Summary

The Senior Software Engineer will use their RF experience to perform signal analysis and development of containerized software applications to process them. This includes modulation/demodulation techniques, standardized data packaging formats, and interfacing with external systems.  Must be comfortable developing in C++ and Python on a RedHat/CentOS Linux platform.  Familiarity with Kubernetes is desired.​

Personnel across this TTO are performing architecture modernization/evolution as well as integration, test, and deployment, and are working with the following technologies:

LINUX, REDHAWK, Docker/Kubernetes, Python, Java, Angula, Ansible Git

Required Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience developing in C++ and Python on a RedHat/CentOS Linux platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes

Job Summary

The Signals Processing Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing DSP algorithms in software and hardware, specifically Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). Developed algorithms will be focused on high throughput exploitation of signals, with an emphasis on low signal to noise ratio, higher-order, and/or adaptive modulations. The Signals Processing Engineer will conduct the necessary modifications to existing software and/or firmware to adapt COTS and GOTS products to meet special Government needs. Additionally, the Signals Processing Engineer:

• Acts as SME, independently designs and implements software models, in MATLAB or other similar design suite to process signals of interest.
• Provides analysis of module/model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow-on processes.
• Provides concise explanation of developed models to allow other team members to understand/utilize models or algorithms for processing signals of interest.
• Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use.

Required Qualifications

• Ten (10) years experience as a DSP Algorithm developer is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional DSP experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph
