Your work as a Project Mechanical Engineer will include the following activities:

- Leading the interfaces and integration of the mechanical design with that of other disciplines.
- Managing and preparation of mechanical design deliverables (such as calculations, drawings for plant general arrangements, documentation, schedules, specifications and design reports) to achieve the correct time / cost / quality balance for the project.

Candidate Specification :


- IMechE accredited degree in Mechanical Engineering.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be accountable for the design of electrical and control systems to improve supply and treatment on Northumbrian Water’s most critical sites. Your new role
The post holder will provide leadership and direction for the Supplier Quality and NPI function and work closely with the wider Quality and Supply Chain teams in supporting supplied quality to our build lines, and assisting with the introduction and development of the supply base. A key focus area for this role will be new product introduction to ensure we build in supplier quality from the earliest stages of the process.

7.30am - 3.30pm Mon - Fri. There is some flexibility with start and finish times.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally we would like to see candidates with significant experience in Supplier Quality Assurance, including AS9100 and ISO9001 standards experience. Experience working with customers, regulators and suppliers. Strong leader capable of working successfully in a matrix organisation, as part of a cross-functional team to drive impactful results. You will be able to provide quick response to internal & external customers and have knowledge of 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP as well as knowledge of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.

As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our Stockton-On-Tees scheme. You will be responsible for setting out, levelling, and surveying the site, ensuring all engineering activities are completed to the highest standards.
