The post-holder will provide Secondline Support, resolving complex IT incidents. Support will be provided both on site and remotely incidents passed from 1st line support. * Working in 3D primarily (Auto Desk Inventor preferred).
* Confident to work on own initiative, but equally to collaboration as part of a wider team.
* Confident in liaising with clients.
* A keen eye for detail and able to work to strict timescales.
* Own driving licence required due to site not being covered by public transport.
* Ability to travel when required (domestically/ internationally).
