The Director, Infrastructure Engineering is accountable for transforming Singtel IT endpoints to meet the business needs in collaboration, mobility, unified communication & productivity enhancement. The goal is to constantly improve the overall user experience and satisfaction while using Singtel endpoint devices.

This role is responsible for leading and managing all IT endpoint operations and projects to constantly improve the overall user experience in using Singtel endpoint services. The role requires consistent and regular feedback and review with our internal stakeholders and users across multiple locations.
