We’re looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Manager, to join our team to help us to manage all gas and electric related works within our housing repairs division.

About the role
You’ll help us to ensure the management and performance of our Gas, Plumbing and Electrical operational teams. This includes Planned Maintenance and Reactive Repairs, providing effective, leadership, management, supervision and technical advice to office staff, trade operatives and subcontractors.

About you
This is an exceptional opportunity; as such we are looking for people with:
Relevant Trade qualification in a Mechanical & Electrical discipline to HNC Level or above and with substantial building industry experience.
You will need to demonstrate a commercial understanding and have strong team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in sometimes difficult circumstances, both face-to-face and over the phone, with both customers and colleagues,
Remain focused in delivering a high-quality service (measured through a range of KPIS).
Experience and knowledge of using IT systems and handheld technology
