Job Description - Engineering Manager Polymers
Experienced Engineering Manager with demonstrated 3-5 years demonstrated experience. Candidate shall have 10-15 years' experience in Engineering Management.
Has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with all engineering disciplines, procurement, scheduling, construction/commissioning and the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.
Possesses knowledge of the respective industry including Petrochemicals, Refining, Chemicals, LNG, Energy Transition etc. ranging in scope from pre-FEED, FEED to EPCM. Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects.
Job Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Engineering degree preferred.
A minimum of ten (10) years related experience, with average experience of 15-20 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team.
Willingness to travel to project sites, if necessary.
Skills:
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in using standard office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
