- Delivery of all construction projects on the program with 100% compliance with client specifications and corporate standards.
- Management of the procurement process and the direct and indirect labour requirements
- Led, motivated, and developed a multi-disciplined team of Project Managers and Project Delivery Engineers, reviewing performance whilst monitoring and maintaining resource mix to meet the predicted workload.
- Ensuring effective flow and input of commercial information to meet the financial deadlines of the business.
- Managing the client's site requirements ensuring minimal impact on the operational functionality of the site.
- Deliver all projects within legislative and regulatory requirements, including Health & Safety, Environmental compliance, and HR responsibilities.
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is at the heart of everything that is done and that a strong Health and Safety culture is continually developed.
- Maintenance, delivery, and development of ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 business systems.
- Management of multiple stakeholders, developing sustainable, long-lasting relationships across all areas of the internal business and our supply chain.

Base Location – Mogden in South West London but the flexible base location is within the central Thames Water geographical area. There will be requirement to be office based 5 days per week.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 36 hours a week.

What you should bring to the role?

- Background within Utilities or Engineering sectors is essential.
- Experience managing a project to delivery.
- Have an operational management experience, minimum team of 5.
- Sound experience in commercial awareness and budgets.
- Hold a relevant Health & Safety qualification. (NEBOSH or similar)
- Have proven experience in managing a large team in person and remotely.
- Possess a tenacious and resilient personality with the ability to work with confidence in a Challenging, Reactive environment.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have your transport.
