Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Sales Activities: Conduct regular follow-up and sales visits to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Inquiries & Solutions: Respond to customer inquiries, identify needs, and recommend products that add value to their operations.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, monitor sales pipeline, and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in industrial products or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport and handle diverse customer requirements.
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Own vehicle is required for travel within designated areas.

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities

• Assists Operating and Maintenance Engineer or other qualified staff.
  • Help with boiler plant duties, running the HVAC systems and performing both preventative and corrective maintenance work.
  • Assists with cleaning and maintaining shop area, equipment and tools.
  • Report hazards and/or potential work hazards in our facilities in order to prevent injury to self, peers, patients, and visitors.
  • Performs preventative maintenance work orders and ensures equipment exceeds industry average life expectancy ratings.
  • May work out on the hospital floors completing daily work requests.
  • May operate trucks to plow snow and lawn equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred
• Licensed Boilermaker-Engineer - MN Department of Labor & Industry required MN Special Boiler's License or higher within 30 Days
• Licensed Boilermaker-Engineer - MN Department of Labor & Industry required MN 1st Class B or higher at the end of the program
• Valid Driver’s License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver’s license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment
