Requirements:
What experience would we like you to have?
* In date Sentinel card
* Qualified and competent Engineering Supervisor with the following competencies ES/COSS
* Experience in safety critical work, rail track renewals & maintenance.
* Full UK driving licence

A Chemical MNC which has a plant in Singapore has an opening for a Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical.

• Plan, schedule and ensure all mechanical maintenance work orders
• Undertake periodic job rotation assignments within Maintenance Department.
• Ensure that technicians and contractors comply with all EHS protocol, statutory regulations, and standard work/operating procedures.
• Perform maintenance on all critical and statutory equipment according to regulations and ensure quality of maintenance work conform to specifications.
• Identify and analyze the root cause of the malfunctions and breakdown of equipment
• Ensure maintenance records are properly archived in computerized maintenance management system.
• Report any deviations to EHS protocol, statutory regulations, and standard work/operating procedures.
• Perform periodically review and update maintenance tasks, spare parts inventory level, operating procedures, risk assessment
• Assist in company Production System. Participate in LEAN manufacturing initiatives to improve plant reliability, productivity, and cost savings.
• Assist in the execution of capital projects if any

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering with minimum 2 year of relevant experience in Chemical or Process Plant environment or Diploma in Mechanical with 5 to 6 yrs of experience
• Knowledge of all plant process equipment construction, assembly, and function.
• Able to operate the Computerized Maintenance Management System application for job planning, scheduling, and purchases
• Good working knowledge of Maintenance and Reliability Best Practices
