- You will independently lead or participate as a key analyst in both workplace studies and/or process improvement efforts broad in scope, but most often focused on work performance measurement, methods, and procedures.
- You will conduct audits and evaluations, surveys, stakeholder interviews and focus groups, and collect, analyze, interpret, and correlate large amounts of narrative and statistical data about various process measures.
- You will help employees develop strategies and tactics for data analysis and visualization projects.
- You will draft policy guidance, recommendation and point papers, and brief senior leaders on findings and recommendations for increasing broader organizational effectiveness.
- You will provide a broad scope of support on other projects to include: tracking taskers, developing and tracking execution of financial spend plans, and supporting survey development and analysis.
