- £39.11ph Overtime rates after 42 hours worked
- 4 on 4 off Shift pattern –2 Days, 2 Nights 4 off – 12 hours shifts
- Day Shifts: 06:00 to 18:00 / 06:30 to 18:30 /07:00 to 19:00
- Night Shifts: 18:00 to 06:00 / 18:30 to 06:30 /19:00 to 07:00
- Set Holidays: 7 sets of 4 on 4 off and then 18 days off – 4 times a year

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will join engineering team where you will deliver high- quality engineering service for our 27 production lines on our state-of-the-art equipment including pallet wrappers, shrink wrappers, conveyors, check weighers, palletizers, packaging machinery, processing systems, specialist food processing machinery, silos, pumps and pipework.
Our Maintenance Engineer will use their experience to support our 24/7 operation of bottled & carton beverages including diary drinks. Limiting shut down times to ensure company deliver against fulfilment requirements. Our site is fast-paced and hugely customer-driven, a company that values our colleagues and creates a space to develop & grow your career with us.
Ideally you will from an FMCG/food background or similar, qualified to an NVQ3 /Level 3 standard or solid practical experience in the workplace. Have experience working on processing equipment: pipework, pumps, silos alongside root cause analysis & fault finding in panels, Relays and Inverters.
Maintenance Engineer: Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Engineering Team Leader, responsible for delivering a high-quality Engineering service.
- Rapidly diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, basic control, and instrumentation faults.
- Completing a full range of maintenance activities across the entire installed asset base within your work area.
- Continuously working to improve performance to deliver site efficiency and performance standards.
- Get involved with factory improvement projects.
