The successful candidate will be able to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all plant and machinery on site. They will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating breakdown coverage, ensuring compliance with health and safety and food safety standards, managing maintenance contracts, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:

- Ensure all plant and machinery used on site are well-maintained and conform to health and safety, BRC food safety standards, and other legal requirements.

- Organise and be part of a call-out team to cover breakdowns and emergencies 24/7, ensuring continuous production if possible.
