My Client is looking for an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to work on a static site in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fault finding on Electrical equipment
• Working closely with other Electrical Engineers and Mechanical Engineers
• Ensuring that all plant, equipment, office and operational areas are kept in a clean, tidy and serviceable state
• Help to keep the breakout facilities clean and tidy

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Foot Mobile - Up to £38,000

My client is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 6-10 commercial buildings located in London (Zones 1&3). The successful candidates will be Electrical or Mechanically biased with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend several sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance. • Provide concise reports to line management and Service Desk where necessary
• Write concise handover notes at the end of each shift, including incident reports where necessary.
• Ensure regular communication with service coordinators, supervisors, contract managers and where necessary client representatives at all times.
• Adhere to and comply with procedures, policies and standards at all times.
• Ensure all work undertaken is in accordance with risk assessments, and method statements
• Where necessary write dynamic risk assessments
• Completion of company documentation in its entirety and in a timely manner
• Maintain the professional representation of the company's technical and ethical standards
• Work in a safe manner with due regard to the environment and the safety of others
• Comply with legislative requirements
• Operates PDA in conjunction with latest training and instruction.

Desired Qualifications:

• NVQ in Electrical
• Level 3 in Electrical
• 18th Edition

Salary: £41,000 - £42,000

Shift Pattern:4days (0700-1900), 4 off, 4nights (1900-0700), 4 off.
