In this role, you will participate in the development and innovation of manufacturing systems through projects that improve our competitiveness and profitability, meeting customer requirements, quality standards, ergonomics, safety and ecology. Responsible for the management of MP software, provides technical support to the production, safety and quality areas, actively participates in the development of new business opportunities that allow the established objectives to be met. This is a rotating shift- Monday thru Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm and Saturday schedule (discussed in the interview process). What we're looking for:
Education: Bachelors in Industrial Chemistry Engineer
Experience: 3 years experience in Chemical Industrial
Experience in industrial maintenance management.
Experience in the development of methods and procedures.
Experience analysis of times and movements
Skills: Bilingual-fluent in English between 70-100%

Performs supervisory duties when/as needed.
Develops and innovates manufacturing systems complying with customer requirements, quality standards, ergonomics, safety and ecology.
Actively participates in product and process improvement, through continuous improvement projects, aimed at optimizing productivity, quality, safety, maintenance, as well as reducing costs and downtime. (ABS tools)
Manages the documentation of the batch operation process (Pol's) and process control sheets, as well as the necessary documentation for the administration of the processes.
Follows up the implementation of capital projects and NOBs, works with service providers and technical support.
Manages the appropriate documentation for the introduction of new processes and procedures (DTI'S, IM, SPC, Maintenance Programs, Pol's)
Supports the selection and preparation of specifications for machinery, equipment, facilities and process controls.
Analyze manufacturing processes using world-class manufacturing principles. Executes the transition of new business opportunities at the pilot plant level, as well as the necessary documentation.
Contributes to the fulfillment of the Safety and Hygiene and Environment goals, as well as Quality, Production in its area of responsibility.
Responsible for meeting Engineering and Maintenance goals. (KPI´S) Responsible for PM software management, maintenance activities including, issuing, executing, verifying and closing work orders, Supervises maintenance personnel.
Serves as Back up of production supervision.
Actively participate in the activities required by the company for regulatory compliance (STPS, ISO 9000, Mash, etc.)
Performs other functions assigned to it.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bilingual: 70-100% English
Computer packages knowledge (AutoCAD, MS Office, Minitab)
Experience in manufacturing principals: Six Sigma and lean manufacturing
OpEx projects
Management and design of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs
