• Serves as an installation representative for managing intergovernmental and interagency issues regarding encroachment and land use planning.

Duties:

• Performs Outyear Requirements Planning with responsibility for operational planning of the quantitative requirements regarding the TT student enterprise for Enlisted Initial Skills (EIS), Officer Initial Skills (OIS) training and Mission Readiness Training Program (MRTP) as directed by HAF requirements.
• Conducts Execution Year Assessments with responsibility for EIS, OIS, and MRT course capacity assessment validation and processing of HAF-directed PGL amendments, execution year, and fact-of-life (FoL) changes.
• Formulates and issues comprehensive scheduling guidance to TRW/TRGs for a given FY in each of the three AETC PTT categories (EIS, OIS, and MRTP).
• Performs assessments in order to manage and validate a wide range of informational products that measure program effectiveness and assess capability to meet total technical training requirements.
• Accomplishes special projects and training studies.

As directed, secures linen, glassware and silverware, depending on the particular format (menu, food and beverages). Readies groups of tables for food and beverages, making sure that dishes, glasses and silverware meet cleanliness standards, and that linens are spotless and condiment containers are filled. Following specific instructions and rigid time schedules, secures food from kitchen, and carries beverages from bar and serves customers. Refills food and beverage containers and performs emergency cleanup services. Answers simple questions concerning menu items and food served.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide general office and to assist management in implementing program, publicity and marketing of library services. Shelves books, magazines, and other library materials ensuring all materials are re-shelved in correct order. Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to support program evaluation and institutional effectiveness programs 81 for Squadron Officer School; to provide meaningful data for in-residence Professional Military Education, and to meet Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, and Air University requirements for institutional effectiveness efforts.

Duties:

• Authoritative consultant in the area of assessment design, development, and methodology for Squadron Officer School.
• Researches, analyzes, develops, and prepares documents and reports regarding educational effectiveness and recommendations for systematic changes to curricula and methodology.
• Develops and administers surveys to obtain feedback from students, graduates, their supervisors, and faculty.
• Represents school and evaluations/assessment section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations and accomplishes special projects.

Operates limited service bars. Prepares a limited variety of alcoholic drinks by selecting proper premix and garnish. Serves beer, soda and wine. Serves patrons directly or delivers to waiter. Receives payment, operates cash register, and makes and returns change to patrons or waiter.

Reviews proposed procurement and NAFI contract actions; provides pre-award advice on a variety of issues to contracting officers and source selection authorities; performs pre-award legal review of contracts for legal sufficiency; prepares litigation report and legal memoranda.
• Responsible for overseeing the 56th Fighter Wing's Ethics Program. Serves as an ethics counselor to 56 FW personnel and manages of the 56 FW ethics program.
