We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team based in Droitwich


* 90% of the work will be in the Workshop (must wear Boots/Hi-Viz and safety glasses)
* Also involves some cleaning of communal areas, canteen and using ride on floor buffer machine
* Temp to start with but could go perm if they work well

Key Responsibilities
Vacuuming carpets and floors.
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
Washing up and cleaning kitchen areas.
Cleaning surfaces, doors, and skirting boards.
Ensuring toilets are cleaned and replenished with necessary supplies.
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises

Requirements
Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Pay Rate:** £14.01 - £18.90 per hour (depending on experience)

**Shift Options:**


* **Weekend Day Shift:** Friday - Sunday, 05:30 am - 18:00 pm (12-hour shifts)
* **Weekday Shift:** Monday - Thursday, 07:30 am - 16:30 pm / Friday, 07:30 am - 12:30 pm
* **Night Shift:** Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, 10:00 pm - 06:06 am

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Setter to join our team. The role involves setting up and operating Heller 4 & 5 Axis CNC Machines for production and managing a FASTEMS pallet system to ensure the efficient operation of the machining cell. You will report directly to the Team Leader and play a crucial role in maintaining quality and productivity standards.

**Key Responsibilities**


* Set up and operate 4 and 5 Axis Heller CNC machines within a machining cell
* Utilize Siemens, Fanuc, or Mazatrol controls for precise machine operation
* Efficiently operate the FASTEMS pallet system (experience preferred)
* Maintain high quality standards by working to tight tolerances and conducting in-process measurements
* Load and unload CNC machine tools as per production requirements
* Strictly adhere to all established processes and procedures
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure parts meet customer specifications
* Modify tool offsets as needed and manage tooling requirements
* Change fixtures and support the programming team (programming experience is a plus)
