SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the School Age Care program. To plan, develop, organize, and oversee the long-range and day-to-day operation of a comprehensive school-age child care program consisting of such activities as before and after school care, full day care/camp, and school holiday care/camp for youth 5-12 years of age.

Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to serve in a key staff professional position as a senior Instructions Systems Design Specialist for the Dean and Director, Holm Center, Academic Affairs Directorate. Provides leadership, advice, expertise, and guidance throughout the organization in the areas of instructional systems design, development, evaluation and implementation. Oversees education and training support functions for procurement, sustainment, budgetary management and organizational staffing. Influences and participates in the formulation and determination of agency policies.

Duties:

• Serves as a Senior Instructions Systems Design Specialist.
• Maintains expertise in educational technology, instructional methodology and researches and develops appropriate educational material to support Holm Center academic programs: Serves as the primary ISD Advisor to the Dean and Director.
• Serves as a subject matter expert regarding the instructional quality of Holm Center commissioning education programs (AFROTC and OTS).

2. Leads a crew of three or more firefighters, including at least one firefighter (GS-07 or military equivalent) assigned to man a major piece of motorized firefighting equipment such as a pumper, aerial ladder truck, or Airport Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) vehicle in firefighting and rescue operations.
3. Directs firefighting crew in the operation of firefighting vehicles and equipment. Directs assigned crew in the performance of crash/rescue and firefighting duties at airfields handling complex (e.g., bombers, cargo, and passenger) aircraft; the performance of structural firefighting duties for a variety of facilities which may include research and/or large industrial complexes; and the performance of hazardous material (HAZMAT) containment and control and/or Basic Life Support duties.
4. Leads assigned crew and performs emergency rescue of personnel and a variety of first aid measures to alleviate further injury and prepare the victim(s) for transport to a medical facility.
5. Assigns crew members to perform maintenance of firefighting equipment and fire station facilities. Complies with health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures and performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.

• Refine and adjust cost models in response to change in technical specification, support requirements, design alternatives, engineering, and operational trade-off proposals.
• Prepare information on the scope, methods and results of cost analysis activity to support decision by upper management.

SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to provide appropriate, specialized developmental care and instruction for children in the Child Development Center (CDC). In addition, performs basic oversight and supervision for a designated classroom for ages 6 months through 5 years. The incumbent may be designated as the supervisor on duty, as needed, whenever the Child Development Center (CDC) Director is not physically in the facility.

DUTIES:

• Designs, implements, and reviews activity plans.

Schedules appointments and meetings, without prior approval, based on personal knowledge of workload and current issues, and coordinates with the supervisor as necessary.
• Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization. Develops, establishes, updates, and maintains office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office. Serves as liaison between the supervisor and subordinate units. Uses varied and advanced functions of word processing software to create, format, modify, edit, and print a variety of letters, reports, memos, and other textual documents. Uses advanced functions to generate tables of contents, import graphs or databases, create glossaries, and align multiple columns.

SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over Air Force Junior ROTC Worldwide. Serves as Director during extended absences, deployments, and breaks between incumbent. Responsible for all aspects of the AFJROTC Program. Represents the Air Force at the service-level to DoD, works through Office of Legislative Affairs (OLA) to respond to Congress and Senators on Congressional inquiries on program issues. The Deputy Director manages a $100M budget to include the formulation; justification; and execution of budgets and works POM issues for the AFJROTC programs, or projects.

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sim Team, PD Training and MTC Level III manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of these three teams. The Level III manager will work closely with the CRC and Training Level II manager to help meet organizational goals. As part of Training Integration, the Level III manager will maintain a Sim Supervisor qualification, participate in simulations, coordinate corporation between the Sim Team, PD Training and the MTC groups. The Level III manager will write weekly activity reports, prepare presentations for MOSSI and NASA management as well as support meetings.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering, science, or related field.

Years of Experience Required:

The candidate must possess at least 3 years' work experience in training, coordination, and communications in a science, or engineering-based environment. Previous space operations experience in a flight control discipline is highly desired.

Knowledge Required:

The Sim Team, PD Training, MTC Level III manager should be knowledgeable in the following areas:

• Proven working experience in flight control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
