Hours of work and rate of pay:
Hours of work and rate of pay are agreed by the individual employer.
A normal working week in a nursery will be between Monday – Friday, and 35-40 hours per week, however this can vary if you are employed in an Out of School Care Setting.

You will work towards obtaining an industry recognised qualification, which normally takes 12-15 months.

At the end of your qualification, you will be a qualified Early Years Practitioner and have gained a Scottish Vocational Qualification in Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7.
