- Serve as a Staff Operations and Training Specialist in an Army Reserve Brigade or equivalent sized unit.
- Provide technical guidance to subordinate elements, higher headquarters, and general staff members on mobilization training plans.
- Conduct training for the command and subordinate unit personnel on the use of Army Training Requirements Reporting System (ATRRS).
- Formulate guidance and participate in conducting mobilization workshops for subordinate units in
support of their mobilization mission.
- Develop standard training policies and procedures to meet the Command training needs.
- Prepare mobilization training documents for publication.
- Analyze policy and guidance pertaining to training objectives and determine training needs for the
Command.
- Conduct staff assistance visits and inspections to subordinate units to ensure data contained in the unit mobilization file is complete and accurate.
