Your Key Responsibilities
The role of the Research Engineer is consisting of carrying out research programs while observing the objectives defined by the business division. To support R&D activities in wastewater treatment, and environmental control system.
Your Key Responsibilities
● Engaging R&D and product development activities to enable new product introduction and improvements.
● Design product and system prototypes to receive feedback and identify areas of improvement through R&D studies.
● Assisting the operation team to identify and troubleshoot the technical problems associated with the products.
● Involving mainly in R&D department and working closely with the rest of the technical, business, production, and operation teams for designing, manufacturing and implementation of innovative water and wastewater solutions.
● Evaluate alternatives, resolve technical issues and interface with other disciplines.
● Ensure technical accuracy, standard engineering practices and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various report and design project.
● Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory and pilot plant and be responsible for the safety and environment compliance of the new processes.
● Perform other duties as needed.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
● Skilled in report and technical writing, organization, analytical and verbal communication.
● Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving and risk management.
● Experience in decision making, identifying, assessing, evaluating, and solving complex problems.
Education and Experience
● B.S Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering required.
● Minimum 1 year of work experience/internship experience in water treatment-based industry.
● Strong communication, skilled in report and technical writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
● Self-starter with ability work together with team members.
● Background will ideally include project work and process knowledge of water and wastewater treatment plant.
● Have enthusiasm for R&D work.
