Role Summary:
Responsible for managing the dining area and assisting in the preparation and service of hot and cold food whilst ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all the catering areas at the training ground.
Key Responsibilities:
The role includes, but is not limited to:
· Preparation of hot and cold food for breakfast and lunch services.
· Assisting with smooth running day to day of the kitchen and dining areas.
· Creating a positive and elite environment and experience for all players and staff.
· Ensuring the dining area is kept clean, tidy and well organised at all times.
· Ensuring food items are adequately topped up and well displayed.
· Serving food and beverages to players and staff when required.
· Communicating and Co-ordinating with other catering staff.
Essential Requirements:
· Previous experience working in catering
· Food safety and hygiene certification or NVQ Level
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work well within a team
· Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
· Professional appearance
Desired Requirements:
· Knowledge and understanding of sports nutrition
· Good attention to detail
Salary: Competitive
Location: Millwall Football Club Training Ground, Calmont Road, Bromley BR1 4BY, UK
Hours of work: 40 hours per week (5 days per week)
Responsible to: Executive Performance Chef & Head Chef
