- Lead and facilitate coding, STEM, and technology-focused classes and programs.
- Create and refine curriculum materials for effective and engaging instruction.
- Guide and support students in preparing for coding and robotics competitions.
- Inspire and mentor students to develop a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for technology.
- Foster an inclusive, cooperative classroom atmosphere that supports positive learning and growth.
- Embrace a supportive teaching approach that encourages children’s creativity, self-expression, and personal development.
- Provide constructive feedback on each child’s learning progress and development.
- Engage in campus activities, including parent meetings and holiday events.
Qualifications & Specifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Computing, Technology, or related STEM fields.
- Prior experience working in Robotics and Coding Programme
- Genuine interest in teaching computer programming or STEM subjects.
- Patient, approachable, and dedicated to teaching kids and young adults.
- Skilled at connecting with parents and maintaining professional communication.
- Professional in appearance, attire, and communication.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented with a can-do attitude.
