Position Overview: GDANCE Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced full-time dance teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RAD Ballet and be proficient in teaching Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, and Acro. This role involves working with students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced dancers, helping them develop their technical skills, performance abilities, and love for dance.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach RAD Ballet classes, preparing students for examinations and performances.
Instruct classes in Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, and Acro, catering to a variety of skill levels.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with GDANCE Academy's curriculum and values.
Choreograph routines for competitions, concerts, and other performances.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve and grow as dancers.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
Participate in studio events, performances, and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure the highest quality of dance education.
Qualifications:
RAD Ballet teaching qualification or equivalent.
Experience teaching Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, and Acro.
A passion for dance and a commitment to student success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Previous experience in a similar teaching role is preferred.
