• This global leadership role is responsible for several elements of continuous improvement in business and helicopter aviation which impact the Customer training experience.

• These elements include, but are not limited to Air Carrier onboarding and management, Instructor/Examiner operational qualification support, Customer end-to-end training solutions and CAE product advocation for business aviation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Management of Air Carrier training process including onboarding and ongoing management of the Customer operational regulatory requirements including end-to-end Customer solutions.

• Operate with a high-degree of autonomy supporting business development, Customer sales initiatives, operations and product to drive CAE’s high-tech company culture.

• Perpetual assessment of business interests to optimize, enhance the experience and support our Customers with complimentary digital solutions to CAE corporate strategy.

• Support Operations Team and collective objectives and key results (OKR’s) driving a complimentary strategy, supporting as needed.

• Support various projects which support implementation/adoption, evolution and objectives of the business.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Highly desirable to hold or have held an ICAO ATPL certificate.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.

• Experience working with an Air Carrier – airline or charter company in a capacity more than a Pilot, preferably in Management.

• Familiarity in aviation, particularly business aviation to compliment change management activities.

• Preferred experience in multiple Civil aviation disciplines (Civil) and recent operational experience desired.

• Effective communicator and highly proficient with MS Office suite and modern business-enabling tools.

• Experience as a People Manager, leading a global and diverse Team managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Maintain corporate governance and regional communication to the satisfaction of CAE internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Hold or meets qualifications to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating

Instructor Pilot US 
Responsible for the delivery of flight training in a flight simulator and ground school in accordance with the appropriate regulatory agency, CAE approved curriculum, and customer requirements.   Act as subject matter expert (SME) ready to lead client(s) through their training.  After 1.5+ years, per business needs, designated Instructors are expected to qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman.

• Provides simulator/flight or classroom instruction on one or more aircraft types as assigned for the issue of licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications.
• Responsible for conducting pre and post flight simulator briefings in a thorough, professional manner in accordance with CAE standards
• Other required administrative duties (completes training records, recommends remedial training when necessary, track his/her own instructional qualifications and activity, etc.)
• Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in creation of curricula and courseware when required

Physical Requirements of this role include:

• The physical dexterity required in performing tasks that require hand / eye coordination and fine motor skills.  
• Ability to sit in a confined space for 4-6 hours at a time with limited breaks
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (as many as 10 hours) with limited breaks
• Ability to sit, stoop, climb and twist and turn

Role Summary

You Have:   

• 5+ years of experience working with Software Defined Radios (SDRs), Wireless Communications Product (WCPs), and Radio Frequency (RF) technologies

You Have:  

• Experience performing mission engineering or requirements analyses of DoD missions, developing mission-based inputs for requirements processes, or supporting assessment of mission capabilities

A Senior Principal Scientist in Analytical Research and Development plays an important role during all phases of pharmaceutical development. The qualified candidate will take an active role by leading the analytical development strategies and performing and directing lab work for new drug candidates. The candidate will work with cross-functional development teams and apply a variety of analytical methodologies to support physical and chemical characterization of drug substances and products. The candidate should be proficient with a breadth of analytical methodologies (e.g. chromatography, mass spectrometry, dissolution, spectroscopy, and NMR), with expertise in one or more techniques.  The candidate should also be proficient with a wide variety of software and information systems and have a demonstrated ability to learn new techniques and solve complex analytical problems. • Working knowledge and the ability to operate analytical techniques such as HPLC-MS, GC-MS, spectroscopy, and physical techniques such as particle size and dissolution that are commonly used for the characterization of pharmaceutical substances and products is desired.
