• Enhance and adapt training materials to fit new trends and needs
• Conduct induction and deliver timely training to therapists not limiting to beauty product knowledge, treatment protocol
• Motivate Therapists and Sales Consultants through coaching and training to ensure continued growth of the brand
• Contribute to training projects, training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching as well as identifying and providing feedback for future training needs.
• To be active on the field to observe customer purchase behaviors and interact with the Sales consultants and customers
• Be resourceful to furnish company with the latest beauty industry information, e.g. competitors’ activities and beauty care trends, treatment, products etc
• To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally in Aesthetic face and body treatments
• Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic
• Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities

Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. You will be managing team members in delivering solutions regarding or relevant to our products and services in Digital Twin and Metaverse segments. There will be content creators, application developers and testing engineers assigned to your charge, in producing solutions for customers. As a project manager, you will manage stakeholders’ interests and requirements, while keeping the solution on track for delivery within constraints of scope, time and cost. You will also be managing sub-contractors/suppliers as sourced for the production process.

To maintain consistent practice while also seeking balance with the customer experience, you will maintain awareness of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure conformance with policies and processes, while helping the team to stay productive and focused on the solution for the customer. Where applicable, you will guide the team on common and/or standardised methodologies, particularly where there are collaborative works with external parties.

As regular duties, you will liaise with the company’s Finance department in handling project budgets and activity-based costing for manpower, as well as periodic reporting of delivery progress. In cooperation with the department manager, you will also assist in decisions on capital/operational expenses, monitoring overall costs and manpower utilisation of the department against targets.

• Manage the daily operations of the education centre
• Manage teachers schedules and plan courses based on demand, availability and other constraints

You will be part of an agile team that is working on SearchSG. Powered by machine learning and artificial intelligence, SearchSG is a Search-as-a-Service tech stack developed internally within GovTech that aims to be the de facto search tool within the Singapore Government. What to expect

● Mainly responsible for managing/engaging government agencies, strategizing & planning, driving adoption, executing marketing campaigns & events, and creating reports.

● Evaluate and pinpoint the sustained competitive advantages of our product offerings amid a swiftly changing marketplace characterized by intense competition, rapid technological advancements, and a dynamic regulatory environment

Subject: Project Manager

1. Responsibilities

· Ensure overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

· Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.

· Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.

· Plan and lead the development of the business case/concept paper and funding.

· Plan and lead the overall procurement activities, in particular Tender Specifications compilation, tendering, tender evaluation, recommendation & award.

· Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones and deliverables.

· Build comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.

· Conduct regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders.

2. What we are looking for

i. General

· CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.

· Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.

· Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.

· Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.

ii. Infrastructure specialisation (additional requirements)

· Proven ICT project management experience, preferably in medium to large scale ICT projects in government sector.

· Experience in IT Infra Project Management (Systems, Cloud, Network, Facilities, Data Center).

· Possess a proven and successful track record in delivering complex IT projects/programs.

· Hands-on IT professional with full SLDC lifecycle experience.

· Experience in a project management methodology - Prince2, PMP.

· Good knowledge of ICT infrastructure: Servers. Network, IT Security, end-user computing (EUC), ICT Operation.

iii. Security specialisation (additional requirements)

· Knowledge and experience on Use Cases and threat model development.

· Strong knowledge in Firewall, IPS, WAF, Proxy, API gateways and Network Security Architecture.

· Experience in SIEM, Security Architecture.

· Review and verify security requirements for new initiatives, for delivery of secured systems.

· Strong understanding and experience of Singapore Government security standards and compliance.
