PRIMARY PURPOSE: Responsible for developing, leading and designing strategic education and career broadening opportunities for Air Force Futures team members and key positions.

DUTIES:

1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the DCS' Talent Management activities for all personnel.
2. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the DCS' Professional Development activities for all personnel.
3. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with Air Force Futures senior leaders, catalysts leaders and team leader coaches.
4. Performs personnel management responsibilities.

• Delegated responsibility for carrying out all phases of resource management programs (financial, manpower, and force management).
• Provides technical expertise in interpreting directives, planning, implementing, and directing the program/budget, management accounting, management analysis, support agreement, competitive sourcing and TDA management.
• Serves as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8 (Resource Management), Headquarters, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).
• Plans, develops, monitors, and coordinates the execution and implementation of the total resource management program.
• Represents HQ TRADOC in planning, proposing, defending, and coordinating financial and management control systems and procedures to achieve optimum use of resources.
• Analyzes financial data and provides advice and guidance on the economics of plans and programs and utilization of financial, personnel and material resources.
• Serves as Department of the Army Portfolio Manager for Education and Training Knowledge Based Services.
• Supports Command career program manager for Comptroller Career Program.

• Manage Regional Operations Branch that coordinate plans and executes eligible international partner security cooperation education and training requirements.
• First line supervisor, setting and adjusting priorities, preparing work schedules to ensure timely and accurate completion of work assignments.
• Advise and assist subordinates by providing recommendations and guidance as it relates to international student management and training program execution.
• Assist countries in the development of their security cooperation education and training plans to include programming applicable courses and International Military Students (IMS) Data.

• Manage Regional Operations Branch that coordinates plans, and programs eligible foreign governments’ security cooperation education and training requirements.
