About the Role:
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in East Grinstead. In this full-time position, you'll play a key role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth, working closely with teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver interactive lessons
• Provide individual or small group support to enhance student learning
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• A passion for supporting young learners
• Experience with children, ideally in an educational setting
