Additionally, the company will allocate an equivalent of SG$1000 per month towards your professional development. This allocation is not paid out as a cash amount, but instead is an investment made by the company in the form of resources for your apprenticeship.
It includes:
- Access to and use of studio space
- Personal mentorship and guidance from our master trainers
- Observation and participation opportunities in group classes
- Access to admin, management, mentor, and master trainer support
- Time for review sessions and exams
These components represent the cost borne by the company to provide a comprehensive, quality apprenticeship experience.

You will be expected to spend 44 hours in the studio per week including 1 hour break daily. This time is to be spent studying, practicing and when required, helping out with admin. Some courses will be at the weekend, in which case you will be allowed one replacement day off during the week. At the end of your apprentice period you will be expected to be certified as a Pilates instructor, and also familiar with the day-to-day operations of the studio.
After becoming certified as a Pilates instructor:
FULL-TIME: You will be paid a monthly salary of SG$2,800 plus employer CPF contribution and paid leave. This salary will cover 90 (ninety) hours of work with paying clients or trial sessions per month.
