An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead the L&D function across the Southern Hemisphere for a dynamic, global company. Collaborating with a Northern Hemisphere counterpart, this role combines instructional design and facilitation, creating impactful learning experiences for employees at all levels. You will work closely with senior executives, requiring strong stakeholder management and communication skills to align development initiatives with strategic goals.
The Role As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading the design and delivery of impactful L&D programs for Australia and Asia.
Implementing frameworks, systems, and digital resources that align with strategic goals.
Partnering with the L&D Manager (London) on global induction and training schedules.
Overseeing onboarding, managing the training calendar, and driving continuous improvements.
Developing and facilitating engaging learning programs that support organisational goals.
