As our L&D Specialist you'll provide support and advice on all L&D related matters including the design, delivery and facilitation of workshops and training, taking responsibility for project management of digital interventions and administering the budget. You'll be key support for our L&D Manager in ensuring that high quality solutions are deployed against the L&D strategy and communicated in an effective way to the business

Here's a bit more about what you'll be doing:
- Learning Design and Delivery - You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to define bespoke L&D interventions, deliver high quality in-house training and provide advice on appropriate development solutions, interventions and opportunities available
- Development Planning - Execute the ongoing Development Planning process including planning, communication and provision of support documents and any upskill for managers. You'll also co-facilitate development planning meetings, sharing key MI with the business to review current priorities and the identification of future development needs
- Digital Learning Platforms - Manage the digital learning platforms including supporting with tenders, project management, review and updates, usage rates, promotion of tools and on-going engagement. You'll also lead on developing digital learning assets as well as identifying and implementing new digital learning platforms and channels
- Psychometrics, Coaching and Mentoring - Deliver individual feedback sessions and facilitate team workshops based on psychometric profiling e.g. SDI and the provision of 360 feedback. You'll also maintain and develop the mentoring and internal coaching programmes within the business
- Induction - You'll be responsible for the coordination and delivery of the VWFS UK company induction. Including provision of pre on boarding resource pack, partnering with business SMEs to update the content regularly and ensuring alignment to business needs
- Stakeholder Management - Utilise a customer focused approach to continually deliver an exceptional customer service and experience to all stakeholders. Understand stakeholder requirements and build supportive relationships to underpin successful delivery
- Reporting & Budget Management - Review the success of all L&D programmes to measure return on investment (ROI) and report on business impact. Drive proactive management and reallocation of spend according to changing business needs whilst analysing and monitoring the requested spend for all L&D solutions
This is how you can add value:
- You are experienced in the design and delivery of training sessions with strong facilitation skills
- You're experienced in creating and designing e-learning materials and assets
- Strong evidence of stakeholder management experience
- Previous experience in Project Management
- CIPD Training Certificate at Level 3 or certificate in training design and delivery is preferred
- Experience of managing and reporting accurately on budgets along with a highly organised approach to analysing and interpreting data (budgets and evaluation data)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal and coaching skills. You'll also need to bring excellent relationship building and influencing skills to help you succeed.

- Able to design creative content that engages varied audiences
- Proactive in approach to seeking solutions in order to overcome problems
- Able to organise own workload effectively while managing a varied range of tasks within a busy environment

- Strong customer service mind-set with ability to balance customer needs with business requirements
- As part of our hybrid working arrangements, we are giving our colleagues the opportunity to work a minimum of one day in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected and, you can work in the office more if you'd prefer
