· Position: Accounts Assistant
· Location: Loyang Walk (company transport provided)
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6.15pm) & once a month Saturday (9am - 12pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500 + Daily Meals Provided + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent
· Industry: Manufacturer
Main Responsibilities:
· Record daily and monthly Sales Journal, Trade Debtors, Purchase Journal and Trade Creditors
· Update of Debtor List to send out monthly Statement of Accounts
· Prepare payment for verified invoices
· Update of Petty Cash claims for approval
· Arrangement of courier of documents or cheque payments to suppliers
· Daily and weekly checking and report foreign exchange rate
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
· Minimum Diploma in Accounts or related field
· Full Training Provided
