JOB DESCRIPTION
· Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
· Coordinate recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events
· Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary
· Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
· Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
· Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing information about the company and job opportunities
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and hiring metrics
· Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making
· Assist in analyzing recruitment trends and identifying areas for improvement
· Provide support to the recruitment team in various tasks and projects as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
