Role Description:
This is an onsite role located in Tampines, Singapore, 5-min walk from Tampines West MRT (DT31). Marketing and Operations Assistant will support the company's team by assisting in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns, social media management, database management, event planning, and operational business support.
• Develop compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our events and services.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to produce relevant and informative content for our target audience
• Utilising market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets, audience segments, and marketing opportunities
• Assist and support operations team: handling bookings, response to enquiries from every social platform and walk-ins, customers concerns, maintaining the customers database accurately etc.
• Ensure the facility is a safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Qualifications
• Candidates with no experience, but the mindset of willing to learn are welcome.
• Bonus for candidates with knowledge in golf
• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in photography and videography and editing
• Outstanding organizational, project management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and flexibility
• Required to work onsite, and working on weekends
