Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Manager at Coval Technologies in Singapore. The Research and Development Manager will be responsible for leading R&D projects, managing research teams, and overseeing project execution. They will provide team leadership and contribute to the development of innovative nano coating technologies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years' experience with track record in formulating / developing new coating products with commercial release.
- Experience working with solvent-based paint chemistry
- Leadership abilities
- Experience in paint additive chemistry
- Project Management expertise
- Experience in industrial coating performance standards such as ISO, ASTM., etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive innovation and creativity in a team setting
- Experience in nanotechnology or surface coatings is a plus
- Advanced degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field preferred
